At times, it may not be possible or practicable to buy all of the securities of the Index, or to replicate the weightings in the Index.

In addition, the index measures the performance of the companies by fundamental overall company scores which are created using as the universe the U.S. companies in the FTSE Global Total Cap Index (the parent index).
