Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc ((CCE)) soared 34% to $25.79 after it agreed to sell its entire North American operations to Coca-Cola Company and pay shareholders $10 in cash and exchange each share for one new share in a new entity with the current name.

Emcor Group, Inc ((EME)) decreased 3.5% or 84 cents to $22.76 an electrical and mechanical construction and facilities Services Company reported fourth quarter sales fell 19% to $1.36 billion from $1.68 billion a year ago. Express Scripts, Inc ((ESRX)) surged 9.4% or $8.33 to $96.08 after the pharmacy benefit manager said fourth quarter revenues rose 49% to $8.2 billion from $5.5 billion a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 8% to $223.3 million or 80 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $206.8 million or 83 cents per share a year ago.

First Solar Inc ((FSLR)) decreased 3.7% to $101.24 after the company Chairman Michael Ahearn sold at least 40% of his stake in the China based solar module and panel maker.

Foster Wheeler AG ((FWLT)) fell 0.7% or 21 cents to $26.10 after the engineering and construction contractor reported fourth quarter revenues fell 22.6% to $1.27 billion from $1.64 billion a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 35% to $65.1 million or 51 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $99.9 million or 75 cents per share a year ago.

Frontier Oil Corporation ((FRO)) fell 2.5% or 32 cents to $12.48 an energy company reported fourth quarter revenues fell 19% to $1.09 billion from $1.35 billion a year ago. Net loss in the quarter was $75.1 million or 72 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $119 million or $1.15 per share a year ago.

GameStop Corp ((GME)) dropped 8.7% to $17.21 after the computer game retailer confirmed that chief financial officer and executive vice president Catherine R. Smith has resigned to join international operations of Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

H. J. Heinz Company ((HNZ)) rose 0.6% or 5 cents to $45.97 after the manufacturer of processed food products reported third quarter sales rose 12.6% to $2.68 billion from $2.38 billion a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 5.7% to $228.5 million or 72 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $242.3 million or 76 cents per share a year ago.

Kaydon Corporation ((KDN)) rose 0.6% or 21 cents to $34.91 after the manufacturer of custom-engineered, performance-critical products reported fourth quarter sales fell 17.7% to $108.9 million from $132.4 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 17.4% to $11.4 million or 34 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $13.8 million or 40 cents per share a year ago.

Limited Brands, Inc ((LTD)) increased 3.9% or 85 cents to $22.39 after the specialty retailer of women’s intimate and other apparel said fourth quarter sales rose 2.3% to $3.06 billion from $2.99 billion a year ago. MetroPCS Communications, Inc ((PCS)) increased 4.9% or 31 cents to $6.55 after the wireless communications provider reported fourth quarter revenues rose 28.5% to $930.0 million from $723.6 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 126.7% to $33.1 million or 9 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $14.6 million or 4 cents per share a year ago.

OM Group, Inc ((OMG)) rose 0.09% or 3 cents to $33.81 after the producer of specialty chemicals and advanced materials reported fourth quarter sales fell 18.6% to $241.4 million from $296.6 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter was $14.3 million or 47 cents per diluted share compared to net loss of $32.7 million or $1.08 per share a year ago.

Whiting Petroleum Corporation ((WLL)) rose 1.9% or $1.39 to $72.78 after the oil and gas company said fourth quarter revenues rose 41% to $316.0 million from $223.9 million a year ago.
