Ambuja Cements Ltd dropped 2.8% to Rs 212.25 after net profit in the first-quarter surged 26.2% to Rs 409 crore and net sales climbed 15.4% to Rs 2,706 crore.
Bharti Infratel Limited slumped 1.2% to Rs 257.70 after net profit in the first-quarter jumped 29% to Rs 463 crore and revenue increased 8% to Rs 2,843 crore.
Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited slipped 1.8% to Rs 1,631.50 after net profit in the first-quarter jumped 4% to Rs 134.90 crore and net sales climbed 13% to Rs 950.60 crore.
Century Enka Limited tumbled 11.4% to Rs 173.95 after net profit in the first-quarter plummeted 43.1% to Rs 8.66 crore and net sales declined 25.1% to Rs 303.43 crore.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd surged 6.7% to Rs 636.35 after net profit in the first-quarter climbed 43.6% to Rs 184.84 crore and revenue surged 20.1% to Rs 1,486.94 crore
HT Media Ltd declined 5.6% to Rs 113.70 after net profit in the first-quarter plunged 31% to Rs 32.70 crore and total revenue increased 3% to Rs 585.90 crore.
Indian Bank dropped 3.1% to Rs 155.90 after net profit in the first-quarter tumbled 34.7% to Rs 207.15 crore and total revenue decreased 1.2% to Rs 4,144.01 crore.
As of June, ratio of net non-performing assets to net advances jumped 2.48% from 2.31% a year ago period.
The bank’s provisions and contingencies in the quarter declined 11.6% to Rs 325.61 crore.
LIC Housing Finance Limited plunged 4.9% to Rs 296.35 after net profit in the first-quarter jumped 3.8% to Rs 322.30 crore and total revenues soared 16.8% to Rs 2,509.12 crore.
Mahindra & Mahindra Fin. Services Ltd slumped 4.6% to Rs 238.50 after net profit in the first-quarter declined 16% to Rs 170 crore and total revenue surged 18% to Rs 1,384 crore.
Punjab National Bank fell 0.6% to Rs 923 after net profit in the first-quarter climbed 10.2% to Rs 1,405.12 crore and total revenues soared 9.2% to Rs 12,825.13 crore.
As of June, ratio of net non-performing assets to net advances increased 3.02% from 2.98% a year earlier.
Wipro Limited declined 4.6% to Rs 550.35 after net profit in the first-quarter soared 30% to Rs 2,100 crore and total revenue jumped 14% to Rs 11,140 crore.
