Gainers & Losers

Bharat Forge Limited slipped 1.2% to Rs 338.70 after net profit in the third-quarter soared 97.9% to Rs 94 crore and total revenues climbed 23.7% to Rs 832.10 crore.

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd fell 1.6% to Rs 37.95 after net profit in the third-quarter dropped 6% to Rs 90.28 crore and net sales climbed 13% to Rs 2,359.25 crore.

Divi''s Laboratories Ltd increased 2.4% to Rs 1,344.20 after net profit in the third-quarter jumped 51.8% to Rs 219.02 crore and net sales soared 25.2% to Rs 697.18 crore.

Hero Motocorp Ltd gained 1.3% to Rs 1,988.05 after the motorcycle maker said total sales in January rose 0.6% to 561,253 units.

Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited rose 0.2% to Rs 12.80 after net loss in the third-quarter widened to Rs 153.05 crore from Rs 97.58 crore a year earlier.

Total revenues in the quarter climbed 17.2% to Rs 513.83 crore.

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited climbed 5.6% to Rs 171.80 after net profit in the third-quarter rose 0.9% to Rs 45.26 crore and sales jumped 5.9% to Rs 562.36 crore.

Monsanto India Limited surged 15.7% to Rs 1,239.70 after net profit in the third-quarter surged 122.4% to Rs 65.11 crore and net sales soared 62.6% to Rs 181.67 crore.

Tata Chemicals Limited dropped 1.9% to Rs 259.10 after company reported net in the third-quarter swung to a loss Rs 15.93 crore and compared to net profit of Rs 224.07 crore.

Total revenues in the quarter increased 6.6% to Rs 4,598.13 crore.

Whirlpool of India Limited jumped 3.7% to Rs 189 after net profit in the third-quarter climbed 111.02% to Rs 21.25 crore and total revenue soared 8.7% to Rs 672.77 crore.
