Amara Raja Batteries Limited gained 2% to Rs 338.65 after net profit in the third-quarter climbed 17.4% to Rs 95.01 crore and net sales soared 13.7% to Rs 859.95 crore.
Biocon Limited declined 5.7% to Rs 451.65 after net profit in the third-quarter jumped 14.4% to Rs 104.99 crore and total sales jumped 9.1% to Rs 719.57 crore.
Bharat Bijlee Limited soared 7.8% to Rs 382 after the company said net in the quarter swung to a profit Rs 0.70 crore compared to a loss of Rs 1.58 crore.
Total revenue in the quarter climbed 34.1% to Rs 150.49 crore.
Bharti Infratel Limited rose 1.7% to Rs 167.90 after net profit in the third-quarter surged 62% to Rs 410.50 crore and revenue jumped 4% to Rs 2,731.10 crore.
Essar Ports Ltd increased 1.5% to Rs 59.05 after net profit in the third-quarter increased 4% to Rs 94 crore and revenues increased 9% to Rs 398.80 crore.
Finolex Cables Ltd jumped 2.7% to Rs 89.95 after the won an order of above Rs 200 crore for metal free optical fiber cable for the national optic fiber network backbone project.
KPIT Technologies Limited plunged 13.8% to Rs 158.50 after net profit in the third-quarter declined 8.9% to Rs 60.77 crore and net sales dropped 3.5% to Rs 677.93 crore.
Larsen & Toubro Limited climbed 2.8% to Rs 1,033 after net profit in the third-quarter soared 10.6% to Rs 1,240.70 crore and total revenues surged 11.8% to Rs 14,387.51 crore.
The engineering and construction company said order inflow in the third-quarter surged 21% to Rs 21,722 crore from a year ago period.
L&T added international order inflow more than doubled to Rs 8,237 crore and order backlog soared 13% to Rs 1,71,184 crore from a year earlier.
Radico Khaitan Limited climbed 3% to Rs 164.70 after Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore acquired 20.46 lacs shares or 1.54% stake in the company.
Raymond Limited rose 0.6% to Rs 301.85 after net profit in the third-quarter surged 343% to Rs 57 crore and net sales jumped 15% to Rs 1,207 crore.
