AutoZone, Inc ((AZO)) climbed 4.7% or $21.68 to $479.02 after the auto parts retailer reported net sales in the first-quarter ending on November 23 advanced 5.1% to $2.1 billion. Domestic store sales in the quarter rose 0.9%.

Net income in the quarter jumped 7.2% to $218.1 million or $6.29 a diluted share compared to $203.5 million or $5.41.

Burlington Stores, Inc. ((BURL)) plunged 15.8% or $4.43 to $23.56 after the retailer stated net sales in the third-quarter ending on November 2 jumped 10% to $1.06 billion. Comparable store sales in the quarter advanced 3.9%.

Net loss in the quarter widened to $16.9 million compared to $7.4 million.

Greif, Inc ((GEF)) declined 6.5% or $3.55 to $51.18 after the industrial packaging products maker said net sales in the fourth-quarter ending in October jumped 5% to $1.27 billion.

Net income in the quarter soared 42.6% to $36.8 million or 63 cents a diluted share compared to $25.8 million or 44 cents.

Gross profit for the quarter climbed 16.1% to $226 million.

HD Supply Holdings Inc ((HDS)) climbed 5.1% or $1.09 to $22.74 after the industrial distributor reported net sales in the third-quarter ending on November 3 climbed 7% to $2.3 billion.

Net in the quarter swung to a profit $51 million or 26 cents a diluted share compared to a loss of $50 million or 38 cents.

Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co ((HITK)) slid 4 cents to $43.36 after the generics drugs maker said net sales in the second-quarter ending in October rose 2% to $58.6 million.

Net income in the quarter tumbled 86.5% to $1.2 million or 8 cents a diluted share compared to $8.9 million or 66 cents.

PVH Corp ((PVH)) jumped 3.6% or $4.63 to $132.06 after the apparel and accessory maker reported revenue in the third-quarter ending on November 3 soared 38% to $2.26 billion.

Net income in the quarter climbed 17.3% to $196.7 million or $2.37 a diluted share compared to $167.7 million or $2.27.

Toll Brothers, Inc ((TOL)) gained 1.5% or 52 cents to $34.09 after the home builder said revenues in the fourth-quarter ending in October surged 65% to $1.04 billion. Net income in the quarter plunged 77% to $94.9 million or 54 cents a diluted share compared to $411.4 million or $2.35.

Vail Resorts, Inc ((MTN)) dropped 3.7% or $2.85 to $73.13 after the resorts operator stated total revenue in the first-quarter ending in October rose 6.1% to $123.4 million.

Net loss in the quarter widened to $73.4 million or $2.04 a diluted share compared to $60.6 million or $1.70.
