Bob Evans Farms, Inc. ((BOBE)) plunged 9.3% or $5.15 to $49.95 after the restaurant company said net sales in the second-quarter ending on October 25 surged 19% to $332.6 million. Net income in the quarter fell 3.4% to $6.12 million or 23 cents a diluted share compared to $11.3 million or 40 cents.

The Descartes Systems Group Inc ((DSGX)) climbed 4.5% or 59 cents to $13.63 after the Canada-based network provider stated total revenues in the first-quarter ending in October surged 19% to $38.8 million. Net income in the quarter plunged 72% to $2.2 million or 3 cents a diluted share compared to $7.8 million or 12 cents.

Express, Inc. ((EXPR)) plummeted 20.1% or $4.97 to $19.70 after the specialty retailer reported net sales in the third-quarter ending on November 2 advanced 7% to $503 million. Comparable store sales in the quarter gained 5%.

Net income in the quarter jumped 11% to $19.3 million or 23 cents a diluted share compared to $17.4 million or 20 cents.

G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. ((GIII)) soared 9.9% or $5.78 to $64.07 after the apparel products maker said net sales in the third-quarter ending in October climbed 23% to $668.7 million. Net income in the quarter soared 23% to $59.6 million or $2.85 a diluted share compared to $48.3 million or $2.37.

Guidewire Software, Inc. ((GWRE)) soared 8.1% or $3.62 to $48.60 after the software developer reported total revenue in the first-quarter ending in October advanced 5% to $66.5 million. Net in the quarter swung to a loss $10.6 million or 18 cents a diluted share compared to a profit of $0.45 million or 1 cent.

NCR Corporation ((NCR)) fell 1% or 34 cents to $32.91 after the automated teller machines maker said agree to buy online and mobile banking technology Digital Insight Corporation from the private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC for approx $1.65 billion.

NCR also acquired a British secure transaction processing and fraud detection software provider Alaric Systems for $84 million from the private equity firm.

OmniVision Technologies, Inc ((OVTI)) declined 7.8% or $1.24 to $14.73 after the image-sensor devices maker revenues in the second-quarter ending in October rose 1.8% to $397.2 million. Net income in the quarter surged 155% to $26.3 million or 47 cents a diluted share compared to $10.3 million or 19 cents.

United Natural Foods, Inc ((UNFI)) gained 1.7% or $1.18 to $69.85 after the specialty food retailer reported net sales in the first-quarter ending on November 2 jumped 13% to $1.60 billion. Net income in the quarter soared 29% to $27.8 million or 56 cents a diluted share compared to $21.5 million or 43 cents.
