Alstom India Ltd slipped 1.6% to Rs 351.80 after net profit in the second quarter plummeted 49% to Rs 27.84 crore and net sales declined 20.2% to Rs 590.04 crore.
Bharti Airtel Limited gained 1.6% to Rs 364.65 after net profit in the second quarter slid 0.4% to Rs 1,784.40 crore and sales advanced 6.3% to Rs 12,243.40 crore.
GAIL (India) Limited fell 0.4% to Rs 344.40 after the company reduced its stake in China Gas Holdings.
Grasim Industries Limited closed unchanged at Rs 2,800 after consolidated net profit in the second quarter tumbled 27.4% to Rs 450 crore and revenue rose 3.5% to Rs 6,849 crore.
Havells India Limited climbed 7.3% to Rs 751.20 after net profit in the second quarter surged 44.6% to Rs 125.72 crore and net sales soared 22.3% to Rs 1,181.76 crore.
Jindal Steel & Power Limited slid 0.3% to Rs 239.35 after consolidated net profit in the second quarter plunged 49.6% to Rs 452.07 crore and revenues advanced 5% to Rs 4,968.71 crore.
Lupin Limited increased 1.3% to Rs 900.50 after consolidated net profit in the second quarter surged 40% to Rs 406.20 crore and net sales climbed 18% to Rs 2,631.50 crore.
LIC Housing Finance Limited jumped 5.3% to Rs 218.50 after net profit in the second quarter climbed 27.6% to Rs 310.07 crore and revenue jumped 23.7% to Rs 2,302.41 crore.

PVR Limited surged 6.4% to Rs 554.75 after consolidated net profit in the second quarter surged 71.2% to Rs 27.55 crore and total revenue climbed 89.8% to Rs 365.77 crore.
Symphony Ltd soared 6.6% to Rs 368.35 after net profit in the first quarter surged six-fold to Rs 14.32 crore and net sales jumped nearly two-fold to Rs 72.08 crore.
Tata Communications Limited climbed 10.3 to Rs 251.95 after the company reported consolidated net in the second quarter swung to a profit Rs 80.36 crore compared to a net loss of Rs 274.24 crore.
