21Vianet Group, Inc ((VNET)) increased 1.6% or 25 cents to $16.41 after the China-based interconnectivity service provider confirmed that Singapore-based Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited agreed to invest $100 million.

Temasek offered at $15 per ADS or $2.50 per ordinary share.

Brookfield Property Partners L.P. ((BPY)) gained 1.1% or 21 cents to $19.55 after the real estate developer intends to acquire Brookfield Office Properties Inc. ((BPO)) through a tender offer for $19.34 per common share in cash for total consideration of $1.7 billion.

Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. ((CALM)) declined 3.2% or $1.49 to $47.42 after the food products maker stated net sales in the first-quarter ending in August climbed 17% to $319.5 million. Net income in the quarter dropped 6% to $8.8 million or 36 cents a diluted share compared to $9.4 million or 39 cents.

Lockheed Martin Corporation ((LMT)) slid 0.9% or $1.20 to $128.04 after the security and aerospace company secured two contracts worth $7.8 billion for 71 additional F-35 fighter aircrafts from U.S. Department of Defense.

Omnova Solutions Inc ((OMN)) dropped 2.6% or 23 cents to $8.46 after the specialty chemicals provider reported net sales in the third-quarter ending in August declined 9% to $261.2 million. Net income in the quarter surged 41% to $9 million or 19 cents a diluted share compared to $6.4 million or 14 cents.

Park Electrochemical Corp. ((PKE)) slipped 0.2% or 7 cents to $28.65 after the circuit material maker said net sales in the second-quarter ending on August 26 decreased 4% to $44.4 million. Net earnings in the quarter soared 166% to $8 million or 39 cents a diluted share compared to $3 million or 16 cents.

Philip Morris International Inc. ((PM)) fell 0.4% or 32 cents to $87.01 after the tobacco products maker agreed to acquire 49% interest in Arab Investors-TA for $625 million.
