The Sensex Index inched lower 8.35 to close at 19,317.01 The CNX Nifty edged down 1.95 to close at 5,850.30.

Gainers & Losers

Claris Lifesciences, Ltd plunged 5.5% to Rs 183.50 after consolidated net profit in the fourth quarter declined 27.3% to Rs 25.18 crore.

Deccan Chronicle Holdings, Ltd declined 4.8% to Rs 4.33 after the Bombay High Court has ordered to produce security of Rs 101 crore to its lender Tata Capital within a month.

EIH Limited slipped 0.7% to Rs 66.10 after net profits in the third quarter tumbled 27.7% to Rs 32.7 crore.

GMR Infrastructure, Ltd closed flat at Rs 18.15 after the conglomerate decided to sell its entire 70% stake in a Singapore plant.

Jet Airways (India) Limited declined 4.3% to Rs 504.55 on more questions about its stake sale deal with Abu Dhabi based carrier Etihad.

KSB Pumps Limited surged 8.1% to Rs 200.70 after net profit in the third quarter climbed 20.6% to Rs 19.54 crore.

Power Finance Corporation Limited gained 0.5% to Rs 205.40 after the company’s board may consider applying for a bank license.

Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited soared 4.8% to Rs 433.15 after the generic drug maker for Lipitor resumed supply to the U.S.

Shriram EPC Limited slid 0.9% to Rs 74.50 after the engineering construction company plans to increase about Rs 300 crore in its subsidiary Orient Green Power.
