Chennai Petroleum third quarter net loss widened and Eicher Motors net declined 15%. Fortis Healthcare net climbed. HPCL net dropped 95% and Hindustan Copper net slipped 4%. IOC net surged 34% and NMDC net plunged 31%. Tata Steel net declined 26%.

Aditya Birla Chemicals Limited advanced 3.7% to Rs 96.15 after net profit in the third quarter swung to Rs 0.22 crore from net loss of Rs 6.19 crore a year ago earlier.

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited declined 3.8% to Rs 130.60 after the company reported third quarter net loss widened to Rs 464.83 crore from net loss of Rs 63.41 crore a year ago period.

Chettinad Cement Corporation Limited slumped 1.5% to Rs 826.80 after the company reported third quarter net swung to a loss of Rs 1.44 crore compared to net profit of Rs 23.40 crore.

DCW Limited rose 0.3% to Rs 17.35 after net profit in the third quarter surged nearly six-fold to Rs 28.15 crore.

Eicher Motors Limited slumped 1.8% to Rs 2,620.15 after consolidated net profit in the third quarter declined 14.9% to Rs 72.72 crore.

Fortis Healthcare Limited increased 1.2% to Rs 102.55 after consolidated net profit in the third quarter climbed to Rs 705.03 crore.

Finolex Cables Limited decreased 1.7% to Rs 56.15 after net profit in the third quarter jumped 75% to Rs 23.98 crore.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited declined 3% to Rs 317.10 after net profit in the third quarter dropped 94.6% to Rs 147.11 crore.

Hindustan Copper Limited slumped 2.7% to Rs 127.40 after net profit in the third quarter slipped 4.2% to Rs 75.84 crore.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited gained 0.8% to Rs 319.85 after net profit in the third quarter surged 33.9% to Rs 3,331.96 crore.

Lanco Infratech Limited dropped 2.2% to Rs 11.81 after the company reported third quarter consolidated net loss swung to Rs 464.64 crore from net profit of Rs 60.92 crore a year ago earlier.

Madras Cements Ltd. jumped 2.9% to Rs 241.60 after net profit in the third quarter climbed 8.8% at Rs 83.60 crore.

NMDC Limited slipped 0.2% to Rs 146.75 after net profit in the third quarter plunged 30.5% to Rs 1,292.80 crore.

Net 4 India Limited fell 0.6% to Rs 114.55 after net profit in the third quarter declined 28.7% to Rs 4.34 crore.

Oswal Agro Mills Ltd. slid 0.3% to Rs 14.60 after net profit in the third quarter soared 24.6% to Rs 4.92 crore.

Prestige Estates Projects Limited advanced 2.1% to Rs 183.65 after net profit surged in the third quarter more than two-fold to Rs 92.05 crore.

PI Industries Ltd climbed 9.3% to Rs 650 after net profit in the third quarter surged 109.4% to Rs 23.96 crore.

Tata Motors Limited jumped 2.1% to Rs 304.60 after Jaguar-Land Rover business unit sales jumped 32% to 34,877 vehicles in January.

Unitech Limited closed unchanged at Rs 28.75 after consolidated net profit in the third quarter soared 52.4% to Rs 84.17 crore.
