Asian Paints Limited jumped 2.4% to Rs 4,400.30 after the third quarter consolidated profit after tax climbed 30.5% to Rs 335.20 crore.
Bank of Maharashtra gained 0.3% to Rs 59.35 after the net profit in the third quarter surged 43.2% to Rs 194.06 crore.
Cairn India Limited declined 2.3% to Rs 332.65 after the third quarter consolidated profit after tax jumped 48% to Rs 3344.90 crore.
Dish TV India Limited declined 4.9% to Rs 73.70 after the company reported net loss in the third quarter widened to Rs 44.88 crore from Rs 42.96 crore a year ago.
Hindustan Unilever Limited dropped 2.9% to Rs 481.55 after the net profit in the third quarter soared 15.6% to Rs 871.36 crore.
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited increased 1.8% to Rs 640.55 after the investment bank said consolidated net profit in the third quarter climbed 24.8% to Rs 577.21 crore.
Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited soared 9.7% to Rs 266.10 after the trading volume jumped 40,57,000 shares.
NTPC Limited gained 1.5% to Rs 164.10 after the board approved equity investment of Rs 2,269.75 crore in Nabinagar Power Generating Company.
Reliance Communications slipped 1.6% to Rs 87.55 and the company entered in preliminary talks with Reliance Industries for a mobile network sharing deal.
Raymond Limited declined 5.7% to Rs 404.90 after the third quarter consolidated profit before tax tumbled 73% to Rs 23 crore.
Symphony Limited slid 0.2% to Rs 372.10 after the net profit in the third quarter surged 48.1% to Rs 16.73 crore.
Supreme Petrochem Ltd jumped 3.4% to Rs 65.30 after the company reported net profit in the second quarter swung to Rs 27.06 crore from net loss of Rs 7.26 crore a year ago period.
