Air France-KLM SA gained 0.7% to €5.44 after the airline, Etihad Airways, and airberlin agreed to implement a code-share partnership to expand the combined reach.

BMW AG declined 1% to €60.39 after the German automaker is planning to increase motorcycle production in 2012 and 2013, weekly Welt am Sonntag reported, quoting Stephan Schaller, head of the unit.

H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB, the Swedish retailer dipped 0.5% to SEK 230.90 after negative broker comments.

PPR SA rose 2.6% to €124.90 and the French luxury and retail group is planning to put up its retail businesses, Fnac and online fashion store La Redoute for sale, French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche reported.

JCDecaux SA, the France-based outdoor advertising company slumped 3.9% to €17.53 after a broker downgrade.

Sanofi S.A. fell 1% to €68.02 after the French healthcare company said that detailed positive results from the Phase III VELOUR study evaluating ZALTRAP Injection for intravenous infusion for patients with previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer were published in the October edition of the Journal of Clinical Oncology.
