Of the 30 stocks in the Dow, all traded lower.

General Electric Company led the decliners with a fall of 4.06%, followed by decline in Intel Corporation of 3.62%, in The Walt Disney Company of 3.27%, in Caterpillar Inc. of 3.04%, in Alcoa Inc. of 2.91%.

ATP Oil & Gas Corporation ((ATPG)) declined 3.0% or 53 cents to $16.77 after the oil and natural gas company reported fourth quarter revenues surged to $141.7 million from $74.3 million last year. Net loss in the quarter widened to $206.6 million or $4.06 per diluted share compared to $39.9 million or $0.80 per share for the year-ago quarter.

Broadwind Energy Inc. ((BWEN)), surged 21.2% or 26 cents to $1.51 after the wind energy company said fourth quarter revenues soared 47.9% to $47.6 million from $32.2 million last year. Net loss in the quarter improved to $48.6 million or 45 cents per diluted share compared to $92.6 million or 96 cents per share for the year-ago quarter.

Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. ((CRZO)) tumbled 8.5% or $2.93 to $31.32 after the energy company reported fourth quarter revenues fell to $36.0 million from $37.8 million last year. Net loss in the quarter narrowed to $24.3 million or $0.69 per diluted share compared to $68.5 million or $2.20 per share form a year ago.

DSW Inc. ((DSW)) plunged 6.6% or $2.72 to $38.49 after the specialty retailer said fourth quarter net sales increased to $468.4 million from $402.6 million in the prior year. Net income in the quarter rose to $18.4 million or 41 cents per diluted share compared to $13.4 million or 30 cents per share year ago.

Net sales for the full year 2010 grew to $1.82 billion from $1.60 billion a year ago. For the full year, the company''s net income soared to $107.6 million or $2.40 per diluted share from $54.7 million or $1.23 per share in the prior year.

Dole Food Company, Inc. ((DOLE)) slumped 10.5% or $1.51 to $12.81 after the fruits and vegetables producer said fourth quarter revenues grew 2% to $1.55 billion from $1.53 billion last year. Net loss in the quarter was $36 million compared to income of $15 million last year.

Elbit Systems Ltd ((ESLT)) gained 2.3% or $1.15 to $50.77 after the Israel based defense related electronics company revenue increased 11.8% to $798.7 million from $714.7 million in the prior year. Net income in the quarter fell 5.5% to $43.7 million or $1.01 per diluted share compared to $53.7 million or $1.24 per share year ago.

FactSet Research Systems Inc. ((FDS)) decreased 3.1% or $3.19 to $98.97 after the financial and economic information provider reported second quarter revenue increased 12.9% to $177.6 million from $157.3 million in the prior year. Net income in the quarter soared 25.3% to $45.2 million or 95 cents per diluted share compared to $36.1 million or 75 cents per share year ago.

Hitachi, Ltd. ((HIT)) declined 6.3% or $3.15 to $46.80 after the diversified company reported that Hitachi Group will provide support of 300 million yen to aid the victims of the earthquake off the Pacific Coast of Tohoku.

Hitachi''s buildings and production facilities have suffered damages mainly at production bases in Ibaraki prefecture.

Hewlett-Packard Company ((HPQ)) slipped 1.6% or 68 cents to $40.81 after the multinational information technology corporation authorized a 50% increase in its regular quarterly dividend to $0.12 per share and that it plans to increase its dividend in double-digit percentage every year.

Medidata Solutions, Inc. ((MDSO)) tumbled 15.1% or $3.84 to $21.50 after the clinical development solution provider said fourth quarter net sales increased 26% to $47.4 million from $37.5 million in the prior year. Net income in the quarter rose to $13.3 million or 55 cents per diluted share compared to $1.7 million or 7 cents per share year ago.

Sanders Morris Harris Group Inc. ((SMHG)) soared 4.7% or 32 cents to $7.12 after the wealth manager said quarterly revenue increased 10% to $46.4 million from $45.9 million in the prior year. Net income in the quarter rose to $5.17 million or 18 cents per diluted share compared to $3.12 million or 11 cents per share year ago.

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. ((WSM)) surged 9.6% or $3.38 to $38.36 after the specialty retailer of home products reported fourth quarter net revenue increased 9.7% to $1.20 billion from $1.09 billion in the previous year. Net earnings in the quarter increased 28.3% to $113.40 million or $1.05 per share compared to net earnings of $88.42 million or 81 cents per share in the previous year.
