[R]11:10 AM New York – AutoZone second quarter net income increased 20% to $148.06 million. Bank of Montreal first quarter net income rose to $776 million. Domino’s quarterly net income surged 5% to $24.17 million. Sotheby''s fourth quarter net income rose 31% to $96.2 million.[/R]

Of the stocks in the Dow Jones Industrial Average, The Coca-Cola Company led the gainers with a rise of 1.49% followed by increase in Cisco Systems, Inc. of 1.14%, in Chevron Corporation of 1.04%, in Merck & Co., Inc. of 0.95%, in Exxon Mobil Corporation of 0.82%.

Verizon Communications Inc. led the decliners with a fall of 1.63%, followed by decline in Hewlett-Packard Company of 1.38%, in The Walt Disney Company of 1.30%, in Alcoa Inc. of 1.19%, in Bank of America Corporation of 0.98%.

AutoZone Inc. ((AZO)) gained 2.1% or $5.65 to $263.60 after the auto parts retailer said second quarter net sales rose 10.3% to $1.66 billion from $1.51 billion in the comparable period. Domestic same store sales increased 7.1% for the quarter. Net income in the quarter increased 20% to $148.06 million or $3.34 per share compared to $123.33 million or $2.46 per share last year.

Bank of Montreal ((BMO)) fell 0.3% or 23 cents to $63.60 after the Canada based bank reported first quarter revenues surged 10.6% to $3.1 billion from $2.7 billion in the comparable period. Net income in the quarter increased to $776 million or $1.30 per share compared to $657 million or $1.12 per share in the prior-year period.

Bridgepoint Education, Inc. ((BPI)) fell 0.2% or 5 cents to $18.67 after the postsecondary education service provider said fourth quarter total revenues soared to $192.4 million from $131.8 million last year. Net income in the quarter rose to $26.3 million or 45 cents per diluted share compared to $19.6 million or 33 cents per share in the previous year.

For the full year revenue soared to $713.2 million from $454.3 million a prior year. Net income increased to $127.6 million or $2.14 per diluted share compared to $47.1 million or $0.74 per diluted share a year.

Berry Petroleum Company ((BRY)) slumped 3.8% or $2.01 to $49.98 after the energy company reported fourth quarter total revenue fell to $118.6 million from $139.2 million a prior year. Net loss in the quarter surged to $21.1 million or 40 cents per diluted share compared to $3.0 million or 6 cents per share a year ago.

For the full year revenue increased to $669.9 million from $554.3 million a prior year. Net earnings increased to $82.5 million or $1.52 per diluted share compared to $54.0 million or $1.17 per diluted share a year.

Charter Communications, Inc. ((CHTR)) soared 4.8% or $2.23 to $48.00 after the broadband communications company said fourth quarter revenues rose 5.2% to $1.78 billion from $1.71 billion last year. Net loss in the quarter was $85 million or 75 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $12,718 million in the previous year.

For the full year revenue increased 4.8% to $7.0 billion from $6.7 billion a prior year. Net loss in the year was $237 million or $2.09 per diluted share compared income to $11,366 million from a year ago.

Domino’s Pizza, Inc ((DPZ)) declined 3.3% or 55 cents to $16.32 after the pizza delivery company reported fourth quarter total revenue rose 3.7% to $480.0 million from $463.0 million a prior year. The Company''s domestic same store sales grew 6.3% and global retail sales were up 6.1%. Net income in the quarter surged 5% to $24.17 million or 39 cents per diluted share compared to $23.6 million or 41 cents per share a year ago.

For the full year revenue increased to $5.57 billion from $1.40 billion a prior year. The company''s domestic same store sales grew 9.9%. Net income increased 5.6% to $87.9 million or $1.45 per diluted share compared to $79.7 million or $1.38 per diluted share a year ago.

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. ((FDP)) tumbled 8.5% or $2.44 to $26.14 after a fresh and canned fruits and vegetables provider reported fourth quarter net sales declined 6.4% to $816.7 million from prior year''s $872.1 million. Net loss in the quarter was $9.6 million or 16 cents per diluted share compared to prior year''s profit of $28.2 million or 44 cents per share.

General Growth Properties, Inc. ((GGP)) rose 0.9% or 15 cents to $16.07 after the mall owner reported fourth quarter total revenues declined 1.1% to $726.14 million from $734.21 million in the year-ago period. Net loss for the quarter widened 86.2% to $1.14 billion from $612.36 million or $1.96 per share in the prior-year period.

PNM Resources, Inc. ((PNM)) surged 5.5% or 74 cents to $14.05 after the holding company said fourth quarter total revenues rose to $1.67 billion from $1.65 billion in the year-ago period. Net loss in the quarter was $45.2 million or $0.49 per diluted share from net income of $124.3 million or $1.36 per share in the prior-year period.

Range Resources Corp. ((RRC)) plunged 4.3% or $2.37 to $51.91 after the independent oil and gas producer reported fourth quarter revenues declined 3% to $238.72 million from $246.83 million in the same quarter of last year. Net loss in the quarter widened 1793% to $317.72 million or $2.02 per diluted share compared to $16.78 million or 11 cents per share in the prior-year quarter.

Southwest Gas Corporation ((SWX)) increased 1.2% or 49 cents to $39.36 after the natural gas utility said fourth quarter consolidated operating revenues fell 6.2% to $468.1 million from $498.8 million in the prior-year quarter. Net income in the quarter dropped 3% to $45.0 million or 98 cents per diluted share compared to $46.4 million or $1.02 per share in the similar quarter last year.

Sotheby''s ((BID)) slipped 3.5% or $1.81 to $47.41 after the auctioneer of decorative art and jewelry reported fourth quarter total revenues surged 46% to $318 million from $218.3 percent a year earlier. Net income in the quarter rose 31% to $96.2 million or $1.38 per share compared to $73.6 million or $1.09 per share a year before.

Tech Data Corporation ((TECD)) gained 2.2% or $1.09 to $50.67 after the information technology service provider said fourth quarter revenue increased 13.3% to $7.12 billion from $6.28 billion a prior year. Net income in the quarter rose to $77.3 million or $1.63 per diluted share compared to $70.1 million or $1.35 per share a year ago.

For the full year revenue increased to $24.37 billion from $22.10 billion a prior year. Net income in the year soared to $214.2 million or $4.36 per diluted share compared to $180.2 million or $3.54 per diluted share a year ago.

The Warnaco Group, Inc ((WRC)) plunged 4% or $2.36 to $56.35 after the apparel designer reported fourth quarter net revenues increased 17% to $591.49 million from $505.44 million last year. Net income in the quarter surged 74% to $19.17 million or 42 cents per diluted share compared to $11.01 million or 23 cents per share in the previous year.

Universal Health Services, Inc. ((UHS)) advanced 3.6% or $1.66 to $47.40 after the healthcare management companies said fourth quarter net revenues rose 21% to $1.56 billion from $1.29 billion in the same quarter last year, mainly due to the revenues generated at the behavioral health care facilities acquired from Psychiatric Solutions. Net income in the quarter fell 39% to $37.2 million or 38 cents per diluted share compared to $60.9 million or 62 cents per share for the year-ago quarter.

URS Corporation ((URS)) decreased 1.8% or 88 cents to $45.65 after the engineering services company said fourth quarter revenues rose 13% to $2.38 billion from $2.11 billion in the year-ago quarter. Net income in the quarter soared 78% to $60.0 million or 75 cents per diluted share compared to $33.8 million or 41 cents per share a year earlier.

Youku.com Inc. ((YOKU)) declined 1.9% or 59 cents to $41.00 after the China-based Internet television company reported fourth quarter net revenues surged 183% to RMB152.47 million from RMB53.84 million in the year-ago period. Net loss in the quarter narrowed 18% to RMB37.72 million or RMB0.05 per share compared to RMB45.99 million or RMB0.13 per share in the prior-year period.
