    Apache fourth quarter net income soared $670 million. Campbell second quarter net earnings fell 8% to $239 million. EOG Resources fourth quarter net income plunged 87% to $53.7 million. Nordstrom quarterly net income rose 35% to $232 million. Revlon fourth quarter net income rose to $296.2 million.

Pfizer Inc. led the decliners with a fall of 0.67%, followed by decline in American Express Company of 0.55%, in The Walt Disney Company of 0.51%, in Microsoft Corporation of 0.46%, in General Electric Company of 0.44%.

3D Systems Corporation ((TDSC)) plunged 5.5% or $2.75 to $46.61 after the holding company reported fourth quarter net revenue increased 42% to $51.6 million from $36.4 million for the year-ago period. Net income in the quarter soared 165% to $9.4 million or 40 cents per diluted share compared to $3.6 million or 16 cents per share from a year ago.

For the full year, net revenue soared 42% to $159.9 million from $112.8 million. Net income surged 1,618% $19.6 million or 83 cents per share compared to net loss of $1.1 million or 5 cents per share a year ago.

Amerigroup Corporation ((AGP)) gained 2.2% or $1.26 to $57.06 after the healthcare solutions provider reported fourth quarter revenues rose 10.2% to $1.50 billion from $1.36 billion in the fourth quarter of 2009. Net income in the quarter soared 98% to $79.63 million or $1.59 per share compared with net income of $40.22 million or 79 cents per share last year.

For the full year, net sales fell 12.1% to $5.81 billion from $5.19 billion. Net income increased to $273.4 billion or $5.40 per share compared to $149.3 billion or $2.85 per share a year ago.

Anglo American plc ((AAL)) declined 2.2% or $90.50 to $3205.50 after the UK bases mining company said fiscal year 2010 group revenue increased 34% to $27.96 billion from $20.86 billion in the prior year. Profit for the period surged 169% to $6.54 billion or $5.18 per share from $2.43 billion or $1.98 per share in the previous year on higher metal prices.

Apache Corporation ((APA)) fell 0.4% or 59 cents $120.03 after the energy company reported fourth quarter revenues soared to $3.43 billion from $2.55 billion in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter surged to $670 million or $1.77 per diluted share compared to $582 million or $1.72 per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased to $12.1 billion from $8.6 billion. Net income soared to $3,000 million or $8.46 per share compared to net loss of $292 million or $0.87 per share the prior year.

Barnes Group Inc. ((B)) plunged 6.9% or $1.50 to $20.23 after the maker of airframe and turbine engine stated fourth quarter net sales grew 10.4% to $283.27 million from $256.47 million in the prior-year quarter. Net income in the quarter surged 86% to $11.52 million or 21 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $6.21 million or 11 cents per share last year.

Bucyrus International, Inc. ((BUCY)) rose 0.05% or 5 cents to $91.00 after the mining equipment maker said fourth quarter sales rose to $1.2 billion from $0.64 billion in the same quarter last year. Net earnings in the quarter surged to $129.9 million or $1.58 per diluted share compared to $81.4 million or $1.07 per share for the year-ago quarter.

For the full year, net sales increased to $3.6 billion from $2.6 billion. Net earnings in the year rose to $315.7 billion or $3.88 per share compared to $312.7 billion or $4.12 per share a year ago.

Campbell Soup Company ((CPB)) slumped 4.1% or $1.46 to $33.48 after the convenience food product maker reported second quarter sales fell 1% to $2.13 billion from $2.15 billion in the same quarter last year. Net earnings in the quarter decreased 8% to $239 million or 71 cents per diluted share compared to $259 million or 74 cents per share for the year-ago quarter.

Cabela’s Inc ((CAB)) tumbled 6.3% or $1.97 to $29.22 after the specialty retailer reported fourth quarter revenue rose 8.4% to $934 million from $919 million in the same quarter last year. Net income in the quarter surged to $66.3 million or 95 cents per diluted share compared to $16.6 million or 24 cents per share from a year ago.

Calpine Corporation ((CPN)) slipped 3.5% or 52 cents to $14.20 after the wholesale power generation company reported fourth quarter operating revenues declined 4.5% to $1.47 billion from $1.54 billion in the preceding year. Net loss in the quarter narrowed 44.2% to $24 million or 5 cents per diluted share compared to net loss of $43 million or 9 cents per share last year.

CF Industries Holdings, Inc. ((CF)) decreased 1.9% or $2.82 to $144.99 after the fertilizer producer said fourth quarter revenues surged 144% to $1.2 billion from $506.7 million last year. Net earnings in the quarter soared 290% to $200.3 million or $2.78 per share compared to net earnings of $51.4 million or $1.04 per share a year earlier.

EOG Resources, Inc. ((EOG)) surged 4.5% or $4.70 to $109.01 after the oil and gas explorer reported fourth quarter net operating revenues increased 1.1% to $1.78 billion from $1.76 billion last year. Net income in the quarter plunged 87% to $53.7 million or 21 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $400.4 million or $1.58 per share in the year-ago quarter.

Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. ((DPS)) rose 0.06% or 2 cents to $36.22 after the soft drinks maker reported fourth quarter net sales edged higher 4% to $1.41 billion from $1.36 billion with increases across all segments. Net income edged down 2% to $112 million from $114 million in the prior year. Earnings per share grew to $0.49 from last year''s $0.44 on lower share count.

Ecolab Inc. ((ECL)) gained 2.9% or $1.39 to $48.51 after the products market developer reported fourth quarter sales rose 1% to $1.57 billion from $1.56 billion in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter increased 13% to $131.3 million or 56 cents per diluted share compared to $115.8 million or 48 cents per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased 3% to $6.1 billion from $5.9 billion. Net income soared 27% to $530.3 million or $2.23 per share compared to $417.3 million or $1.74 per share the prior year.

HealthSouth Corporation ((HLS)) fell 0.4% or 10 cents to $24.19 after the rehabilitative healthcare service provider said fourth quarter operating revenue rose 7.1% to $520.7 million from $486.2 million in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter soared to $772.7 million or $7.13 per diluted share compared to $32.1 million or $0.22 per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased 4.6% to $1,999.3 million from $1,911.1 million. Net income soared 27% to $873.0 million or $8.29 per share compared to $68.8 million or $0.76 per share the prior year.

Intuit Inc. ((INTU)) soared 7.2% or $3.61 to $54.05 after the provider of business and financial management solutions reported second quarter net revenue rose 5% to $878 million from $837 million last year. Net income in the quarter declined 36% to $73 million or 23 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $114 million or 35 cents per share in the previous year.

Nordstrom, Inc. ((JWN)) increased 1.7% or 84 cents to $47.32 the fashion specialty retailer said fourth quarter net sales increased 10.9% to $2.82 billion from $2.54 billion last year on same-store sales increase of 6.8%. Net income in the quarter rose 35% to $232 million or $1.04 per share compared to net income of $172 million or 77 cents per share for the year-ago quarter.

Net sales for the fiscal year 2010 increased 12.7% to a record $9.31 billion from $8.26 billion the prior year. Same-store sales for the fiscal year 2010 rose 8.1%. For the fiscal year 2010, net income rose 39% to $613 million or $2.75 per share compared to net income $441 million or $2.01 per share for the fiscal year 2010.

OGE Energy Corp. ((OGE)) rose 0.7% or 34 cents to $47.53 after the energy and services provider said fourth quarter revenue rose to $828.5 million from $773.7 million in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter fell to $30.7 million or 31 cents per diluted share compared to $34.2 million or 35 cents per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased to $3.7 billion from $2.8 billion. Net income rose to $295.3 million or $2.99 per share compared to $258.3 million or $2.66 per share the prior year.

Progress Energy, Inc. ((PGN)) fell 0.2% or 12 cents to $45.80 the holding company reported fourth quarter operating revenue edged up to $2.32 billion from $2.31 billion in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter fell to $128 million or 42 cents per diluted share compared to $156 million or 55 cents per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased to $10.19 billion from $9.88 billion. Net income rose to $863 million or $2.95 per share compared to $761 million or $2.71 per share the prior year.

Revlon, Inc. ((REV)) surged 10.4% or $1.38 to $14.57 after the cosmetics maker said fourth quarter net sales rose 7.1% to $369.2 million from $344.6 million in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter increased to $296.2 million or $5.66 per diluted share compared to $12.8 million or $0.24 per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues rose 2% to $1.32 billion from $1.29 billion in the last year. Net income soared to $327.3 million or $6.26 per share compared to $48.8 million or $0.94 per share the prior year.

School Specialty, Inc. ((SCHS)) fell 0.1% or 2 cents to $15.97 after the education company said third quarter revenue fell 12.9% to $89.9 million from $103.1 million in the same quarter of last year. Net loss in the quarter increased to $20.1 million or $1.07 per diluted share compared to $18.4 million or $0.98 per share from a year ago.

SPX Corporation ((SPW)) rose 0.3% or 30 cents to $84.30 after the engineering solution provider reported fourth quarter revenue edged up to $1.33 billion from $1.32 million in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter was $65.3 million or $1.29 cents per diluted share compared to net loss of $72.1 million or $1.46 per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased 0.9% to $4.89 billion from $4.85 billion. Net income rose to $205.6 million or $4.08 per share compared to $31.7 million or $0.64 per share the prior year.

The Timberland Company ((TBL)) rose 0.01% or 6 cents to $38.42 after the footwear, apparel and accessory maker said fourth quarter revenue surged 26.7% to $491.1 million from $387.7 million in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter surged $42.1 million or 82 cents per diluted share compared to $22.2 million or 40 cents per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased 11.2% to $1.4 billion from $1.3 billion. Net income rose to $96.6 million or $1.82 per share compared to $56.6 million or $1.01 per share the prior year.

TRW Automotive Holdings Corporation ((TRW)) gained 1.5% or 90 cents to $59.72 after the automotive system supplier reported fourth quarter revenues soared 10% to $3.71 billion from $3.38 billion in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter surged $204 million or $1.56 per diluted share compared to $141 million or $1.18 per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased 24% to $14.4 billion from $11.6 billion. Net income soared to $834 million or $6.49 per share compared to $55 million or $0.51 per share the prior year.

Virgin Media Inc. ((VMED)) rose 0.5% or 16 cents to $28.31 after the entertainment and communications service provider reported fourth quarter revenues soared 6.6% to £1.0 billion from £0.94 billion in the same quarter of last year. Net income in the quarter was £37.1 million or £0.11 per diluted share compared to net loss of £94.4 million or £0.29 per share from a year ago.

For the full year, revenues increased 5.8% to £3.87 billion from £3.66 billion. Net loss in the year fell to £141.4 million or £0.43 per share compared to £357.8 million or £1.09 per share the prior year.
