((A)) gained 3.5% or $1.28 to $37.01 after the analytical measurement company report fourth quarter net revenue soared 35% to $1.58 billion from $1.6 billion a year ago period. Orders surged 32% to $1.7 billion from $1.3 billion a year ago period. Net income in the quarter increased 828% to $232 million or 66 cent per diluted share compared to $25 million or 7 cent per share same quarter a year ago.

For the fiscal year net revenue increased 21% to $5.44 billion compared to $4.48 billion for the same period a year ago. Orders during the fiscal year soared 28% to $5.74 billion from $4.49 billion a year ago period. Net income $624 million or $1.77 per diluted share compared to net loss of $31 million or $0.09 per diluted share same period a year ago.

The company expects revenue guidance of fiscal first quarter $1.53 billion to $1.55 billion.

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. ((CPKI)) increased 1.1% or 19 cent to $16.56 after the restaurant chain company said third quarter revenues fell 0.2% to $164.5 million from $164.8 million a year ago period. Net loss in the quarter was $7.54 million or 31 cent per diluted share compared to net income of $5.79 million or 24 cent per share same quarter a year ago.

Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. ((CBOU)) plunged 4% or 47 cent to $11.02 after the coffeehouse operator reported third quarter net sales rose 11.8% to $70.2 million from $62.7 million for the same quarter a year ago period. Net income in the quarter increased to $1.61 million or 8 per diluted share compared to $0.65 million or 3 per share a year ago period.

Dillard''s, Inc ((DDS)) surged 12.1% or $3.41 to $31.50 after the apparel and home furnishing retailer reported third quarter revenue decreased to $1.34 billion, from $1.36 billion a year ago period. Net income in the quarter increased to $14.4 million or 22 cent per diluted share, compared to $8.0 million or 11 cent per share a year ago period.

D.R. Horton, Inc. ((DHI)) declined 4.4% or 54 cent to $11.63 after the residential construction company said fourth quarter sales fell to $925.7 million from $1,014.3 million a year ago period. Net loss in the quarter declined to $8.9 million or 3 cent per diluted share compared to $234.9 million or 74 cent per share in the prior-year quarter.

For the fiscal year net revenue increased to $4.31 billion compared to $3.60 million for the same period a year ago. Net income was $245.1 million or $0.77 per diluted share compared to net loss of $549.8 million or $1.73 per diluted share in the prior-year quarter.

Finisar Corporation ((FNSR)) soared 8.4% or $1.52 to $19.45 after the optical subsystem and component provider announced preliminary financial result second fiscal quarter ended October 31, expects to report revenues in the range of $240 to $241 million, previous revenue guidance for the quarter was $215 to $230 million. Non-GAAP earnings per share are expected in the range of $0.41 to $0.43 for the quarter.

J. C. Penney Company, Inc. ((JCP)) slumped 2.1% or 70 cent to $31.52 after the retailer reported third quarter revenues rose 0.2% to $4.19 billion from $4.18 million a year ago period. Comparable store sales gained 1.9% from year ago. Net income in the quarter soared 63% to $44 million or 19 cent per diluted share compared to $27 million or 11 cent per share same quarter a year ago.

Matthews International Corporation ((MATW)) gained 2.3% or 77 cent to $33.69 after the memorialize product maker report fourth quarter net revenue rose 7.2% to $214.7 million from $200.2 million a year ago period. Net income in the quarter increased to $19.7 million or 67 cent per diluted share compared to $15.6 million or 52 cent per share same quarter a year ago.

For the fiscal year net revenue increased 5.2% to $821.8 million compared to $780.9 billion for the same period a year ago. Net income $69.0 million or $2.31 per diluted share compared to $57.7 million or $1.90 per diluted share same period a year ago.

Microsemi Corporation ((MSCC)) soared 7% or $1.47 to $22.30 after the analog and mixed-signal IC and semiconductor maker said fourth quarter net sales surged 37.9% to $151.2 million from $109.6 million a year ago period. Net income in the quarter was $6.56 million or 8 cent per diluted share compared to net loss of $31.2 million or 39 cent per share in the prior-year quarter.

For the fiscal year net revenue increased 14.4% to $518.3 billion compared to $453.0 million for the same period a year ago. Net income was $59.0 million or 72 cent per diluted share compared to net loss of $26.8 million or 33 cent per diluted share in the prior-year quarter.

NVIDIA Corporation ((NVDA)) advanced 7% or 88 to $13.49 after the visual computing technology provider reported third quarter revenue declined 6.6% to $843.9 million from $903.2 billion in the same quarter last year. Net income in the quarter fell to $84.9 billion or 15 cents per diluted share, compared to $107.6 million or 19 cents per share in the prior-year quarter.

STR Holdings LLC ((STRI)) plunged 19.4% or $4.76 to $19.76 after the solar power module encapsulate industry said third quarter net sales increased 45.2% to $97.8 million from $67.3 million for the same quarter a year ago period. Net income in the quarter soared 68.9% to $13.3 million or 31 per diluted share compared to $7.9 million or 21 per share a year ago period.

The Walt Disney Company ((DIS)) surged 5.4% or $1.96 to $37.89 after the media company reported fourth quarter revenues decreased 1% to $9.7 million from $9.9 million for the same quarter a year ago period. Net income in the quarter decreased 7% to $835 million or 43 cent per diluted share compared to $895 million or 47 cent per share a year ago period.

For the fiscal year net revenue increased 5% to $38.06 million from $36.15 million for the same quarter a year ago period. Net income increased 20% $4.0 million or $2.03 per diluted share compared to $3.3 million or $1.76 per share a year ago period.

Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc ((WEN)) slipped 3.4% or 18 cent to $4.86 after the restaurant company said third quarter revenues decreased to $861.2 million from $903.2 million for the same quarter a year ago period. Net loss in the quarter decreased to $909 million or break even share compared to net income of $14.69 million or 3 cent per share a year ago.
