The BSE Sensex fell 0.18% or 36.59 to close at 20,319.04. The CNX Nifty on the National Stock Exchange rose 1.45 to close at 6,119.00.

ACC Limited increased 4.1% to Rs 1,056.90, the stock rose for the second day after cement shipments rose 13.6% to 1.92 million tons in October from a year ago.
ABG Shipyard Limited rose 0.3% to Rs 475.10 after the shipbuilding company secured an overseas order worth Rs 2,000 crore from Drilling & Offshore for construction of two jack-up rigs.
Bank of Baroda rose 0.5% to Rs 1,025.00, Reserve Bank of India lifted its key rates sixth time in a row to combat stubborn inflation.
Bajaj Auto Ltd. rose 1% to Rs 1,545.65 after vehicle sales rose 32% to 3,70,816 units in October from a year ago.
Borosil Glass Works Ltd. declined 3.3% to Rs 709.95 after the scientific, industrial, and lighting glass maker said interim dividend of Rs 25 per share for the year ending March 2011.
Century Enka Limited decreased 2.9% to Rs 235.10 after the synthetic yarn maker reported second quarter net profit plunged 55.3% to Rs 14.63 crore.
DLF Limited plunged 3.5% to Rs 348.15 after the Reserve Bank of India tightened provisioning norms for home loans.
