    Stocks in Mumbai trading declined tracking losses in Asian markets. Birla Corporation Limited declined after quarterly net plunged 54%. Dena Bank surged after second quarter net soared 29%. Idea Cellular Limited net declined 18%. Procter & Gamble declined after quarterly net fell 39%.

The BSE Sensex declined 0.35% or 71.58 to close at 20,231.54. The CNX Nifty on the National Stock Exchange fell 23.80 to close at 6,082.00.

Apcotex Industries Limited gained 2.1% to Rs 153.15 after the polymer producer reported second quarter net profit surged 53.8% to Rs 3 crore.

Apar Industries Limited surged 6.7% to Rs 238.00 after the transformer oil maker said second quarter net profit increased 52.6% to Rs 34.25 crore.

Aegis Logistics Limited decreased 1.3% to Rs 322.40 after the company secured an operations and maintenance contract from Bharat Oman Refinery at Bina, Madhya Pradesh.

Bosch Limited increased 1.3% to Rs 6,209.80 after the automotive product maker reported third quarter net profit rose 21.18% to Rs 236.07 crore.

Birla Corporation Limited fell 0.5% to Rs 404.00 after the cement and polyvinyl maker said second quarter net profit plunged 54.64% to Rs 68.97 crore.

Banco Products (India) Limited declined 5.6% to Rs 105.00 after the gaskets and radiator maker reported second quarter net profit slumped 30.20% to Rs 14.73 crore.

Dena Bank soared 8.9% to Rs 137.70 after the bank said second quarter net profit rose 28.88% to Rs 160.63 crore.

Elgi Equipments Limited surged 5.7% to Rs 163.85 after the air compressor maker said board will consider issue of bonus shares on October 28.

Elecon Engineering Company Limited gained 2.7% to Rs 97.50 after the material handling equipment maker acquire the Benzler-Radicon Group of businesses from David Brown Gear Systems Group for 18.40 million pounds.

Harrisons Malayalam Limited slumped 1.7% to Rs 88.45 after the rubber, tea and pineapple grower reported second quarter net loss of Rs 5.98 crore compared to net profit of Rs 3.22 crore from a year ago.

Idea Cellular Limited plunged 2.9% to Rs 69.65 after the mobile service operator reported second quarter consolidated net profit fell 18.4% to Rs 179.74 crore.

Marico Limited gained 2% to Rs 133.15 after the consumer product maker said second quarter consolidated net profit rose 14.77% to Rs 71.56 crore.

Mahindra Composites Limited declined 2.9% to Rs 88.70 after the polymer composite maker reported second quarter net profit declined 50% to Rs 0.22 crore.

Parsvnath Developers Limited rose 0.2% to Rs 68.85 after the home builders and contractor raised Rs 120 crore by selling 24.5% stake in its office complex project at Connaught Place in the national capital to private equity firm Red Fort Capital.

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited fell 2.8% to Rs 2050.65 after the consumer goods company said first quarter net profit declined 39.08% to Rs 31.36 crore.

SRF Limited increased 1.4% to Rs 401.80 after the textile, chemicals and polymer maker said second quarter net profit soared 76.98% to Rs 121.41 crore.

Tech Mahindra Limited gained 2.7% to Rs 785.55 after the Bharti Airtel selected the company, Spanco and IBM to handle customer service for its newly acquired mobile networks in 16 African countries.

Titan Industries Limited soared 6.2% to Rs 3,491.35 after the watch manufacturer said second quarter net profit surged 64.7% to Rs 127.77 crore.

Tata Steel Limited plunged 2.6% to Rs 605.45 after the world''s largest steelmaker ArcelorMittal reported profit in third-quarter but warned the rest of the year will be tough, forecasting lower prices and weak demand.

UltraTech Cement Limited fell 0.1% to Rs 1,097.20 after the cement maker reported net profit declined 53.86% to Rs 115.77 crore.

WABCO TVS (INDIA) Limited increased 1.6% to Rs 1,129.05 after the automotive component maker said second quarter net profit soared 77.9% to Rs 33.79 crore.
