The fund manages assets with the help of three sub-advisers namely Diamond Hill Capital Management, Inc., Hotchkis & Wiley Capital Management, LLC, and Los Angeles Capital Management and Equity Research, Inc.
The sub-advisers employ different strategies with respect to separate portions of the Portfolio.
The fund prefers a multi-manager investing approach with the aim of reducing volatility and downside risk.
