We also obtained a certificate dated January 18, 2022, issued by the Development and Reform Commissions of Gaoxin District and Xinwu District of Wuxi, certifying that Jiangsu LOBO is qualified as a pre-IPO company and the local governments shall provide support to the IPO of Jiangsu LOBO.
