We are principally engaged in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of graphene products in the PRC and the provision of landscape architecture and design services in Hong Kong and the PRC, and also operate a catering business in the PRC. Geographically, our revenue was derived primarily from the PRC and Hong Kong.

At the time of our listing of its ordinary shares on the HKEx in 2014, we were principally engaged in the provision of a wide range of landscape architecture and design services, including landscape assessment, planning, design and other related advisory services. Since that listing, we have explored opportunities to grow our business, including the acquisitions of our catering operations and our Graphene Products Businesses in 2017 and 2019 respectively. Most recently, we have focused our efforts on our Graphene Products Business, which has contributed the majority of our revenue in 2020.
